no reason why he shouldnt be any worse than the best high schoolers who were drafted a couple years ago..

me and Spence talked about this the other day and he will more than likely will give Bias fairly good ratings(probably top 10 quality) but with an F potential.

Yep. Im thinking nice top 10 type ratings, with 0 or 10 potential. Should be interesting to see where hes drafted.

would F potential not make his ratings decrease?

would F potential not make his ratings decrease? Ive never made a player with such low potential, but Im assuming hed drop like a rock. So if hes a B- B C B C F player, Im assuming hed be decent for a couple years and then fade away.

What are most players with F's as ratings actually rated? Basically people like Battier (NY) and Jin (NJ) have F ratings, so are they at 10? Or, is an F rating reasonably expansive in that you could be at a potential rating of 40 and still be an F?

I'm not really following the logic on Bias' projected ratings. I understand where you guys are coming from in terms of giving him an F potential because he never made the NBA because of a drug overdose, but in all fairness, Bias dominated college basketball and I believe should certainly be an automatic top 5 pick. When you think about it, it doesn't make much sense that the great players in bbs now (durant, young, mayo, oden, etc.) would all have A potential and great ratings coming into the league, but a guy who certainly proved himself at a higher competitive will have a ceiling of only 2 or 3 years.
