I spend a great deal of time on this league, and I understand the pace of the league makes it harder for the lower end teams to stay interested. But I really feel people who have lost interest need to move on and allow others in the league who will appreciate it more. So in a way to weed out those who have lost interest I will make either lineups or overviews mandatory. I havent decided which just yet, I thought Id leave it up to debate, but one or the other will be mandatory.
Either, team overviews once a month, or lineups submitted one a week.
I dont think either is too much to ask, and I really feel it will help the trafiic flow to the board, and the interest in the league.

i'm still active, i just have 3 other sims that take most of my time and the fact that i'm not as big of a basketball fan as most of you guys....

I agree with you Sdog and why haven't some teams signed coaches.

I agree with SDog. I haven't signed a coach, but I find that there are more important things in this league that show activity. Getting a coach doesn't do anything for a teams performance. As far as mandatory overviews or lineups, I feel that needing one or the other is very fair. It shows how a team is looking to develop their team, if they are getting veterans or youngsters, or etc.

I think the overviews and lineups are a must... Also, I think it would be great if someone would agree to do a weekly feature for the insider such as trade analysis or power rankings.

Not for sure if i'd be good at it though. And I agree that lineups and/or overviews should be necassary. Not just for participation but so that everyone can get a feel for where a team is going or what the plans are for the team. |
