Fiction, mainly because there are only 3 (potentially 2 if PHX catches fire) that have the shot, and those teams will be playing top squads. Maybe the 6 could knock off the 3 (Utah).

Fact-The West is pretty weak after the first 2, and Houston just lost MP for the playoffs. Im thinking its possible.
