I have begun to offer contracts to players on the forum. I still wont sim the first day of free agency until June 5th, but feel free to start throwing offers out for players.

Can you please clarify on ability to use LLEs and MLEs? Do teams have to be over the cap to use?
If we make multiple offers on players with the same ear-marked money, is it possible to designate that offers on certain players be considered before others?

You must be over the cap to use the MLE or LLE.
There really is no way to pick or choose a player, when offering to multiple players. Basically its whoever says ok first to your offer.
