Top 25
1 - F Kevin Garnett(POR) - At 33 yrs of age KG is still the best all around player in the game today. The man simply does it all. This 7 footer is truely one of a kind.
2 - C Tim Duncan(NYK) - Well into his 30's his production remains remarkable.
3 - G/F Kobe Bryant(DET) - Kobe isn't ready to let LeBron or Magic have the title as best perimeter player in the league just yet. His defense and overall production give him the edge for now.
4 - G/F LeBron James(CHI) - Like Garnett and Bryant, this stud does it all and he's only 24 years old.
5 - PG Magic Johnson(MIL) - An amazing player that should be #1 on this list, eventually. The production hasn't quite matched the talent just yet.
6 - F Larry Bird(ORL) - Another outstanding talent that should be among the leagues elite for years to come.
7 - G Dwayne Wade(ORL) - Half of arbuably the best 1-2 punch in the league. Wade is an elite level player who produces even though he shares the ball with another elite talent.
8 - F Jermaine O'Neal(DET) - Makes Kobe's job a lot easier. Always among the best bigs in the league.
9 - F Kenyon Martin(UTA) - Underrated player that competes hard. Fabulous start to the season but can he maintain it?
10 - F Carmelo Anthony(WSH) - Another player with an outstanding beginning to the season. Great scorer who seems to be contributing in all facets nowadays.
11 - F Elton Brand(TOR) - Seems to produce about the same every year, which isn't a bad thing.
12 - C Chris Bosh(TOR) - Fantastic year last year and off to a very good start this season.
13 - G/F Ron Artest(HOU) - Another underrated player who fills the stat sheet. We all knew about the defense but the scoring is what is really impressive.
14 - G/F Tracy McGrady(ATL) - Still an elite scorer who contributes everywhere.
15 - G/F Paul Pierce(GST) - Elite scorer and defender.
16 - PG Stephon Marbury(WSH) - Guaranteed 20/10 player and he's a point guard.
17 - C Shaquille O'Neal(SEA) - Getting up there in age but still has the talent. Playing on a stacked team lowers his numbers.
18 - PG Gilbert Arenas(HOU) - Percentages aren't the greatest but he makes things happen and puts up sick stats.
19 - PG Steve Francis(LAC) - WOW. Is he really this good?
20 - PG Raymond Felton(TOR) - All around point that produces across the board.
21 - F Dirk Nowitzki(SEA) - See Shaquille O'Neal.
22 - F Andrei Kirilenko(MIN) - Stat stuffer and great defender.
23 - PG Baron Davis(CHI) - Has become an excellent distributor and is still a very good scorer.
24 - F Shawn Marion(SEA) - Like always, an all around player and probably underrated on the list.
25 - G Allen Iverson(SEA) - On the decline but still worthy of a spot on this list.
On the bubble -
Yao Ming
Lamar Odom
Emeka Okafor
Darko Milicic
Andre Iguodala
Ray Allen
