Opps, sorry. I just remembered I don't have bird years on any of these players and since i'm not under the cap I can't offer extensions, correct?

You can offer extensions of any amount to players with Bird rights. Or you can offer up to 110% of a players current salary, as the first year of a new offer.

Only offers that the council have to discuss i think. Could be wrong though
