After 2 seasons as the bucks gm i have made few deals signed young players and traded for young players.I drafted one of the biggest icons in basketball history, Magic Johnson. The team has progressed very well in training camps over the past 2 years and have locked in one of the best young PF'S in the game in Blatche who had a monster training camp.With Blatche,Magic and Vince Carter this team has been well Built for the future with role players like williams,cooper and morris. These players are all young studs and will not be traded.
When the season starts every one will see how powerful the Bucks will be in the east.My prediction is a 2 or 3 seed at worse and look to bring home the championship in only my 3rd season as GM.These are high hopes but i feel these to be very strong hopes and no more loosing seasonS here for this team anymore. While injuries can prevent this team from greatness as gm i will make all the neccasary decissions to bring in better talent to achive this goal.THIS team is built for inside scoring and has a very good defense on and off the bench.
When you look at the bucks roster all you see is youth with just 2 veterns in 32 year old Vince Carter and 31 year old Juan Dixon, the other 13 players on the roster are all 25 years old or younger making the average age for this team is just over 23 years old. This team is very young and will be contending for many years to come.
