All free agent offers will be made in the offseason free agent threads.
To place an offer, first search for the player in the coresponding position thread. If the player is listed, post your offer. If the player is unlisted, start a new thread for that player. DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE THREADS FOR PLAYERS!
Offers will be listed like this.....
3yrs, 5million starting 10% increases.
Do not list the total value of the contract, only the first year amount you wish to offer, the length of the offer, and the amount of increases you wish to give. Non-Bird offers can be 1-6 years, 1-10% increases. Bird offers can be 1-7 years and 1-12.5% increases.

LLE-low level exception
MAX-The Maximum amount your team can offer.
MIN-The Minimum amout your team can offer.
Never delete or edit an offer. I check offers by looking for new posts. I have to input lots of offers, and if I dont see a new post, I wont know the new offer is there. Re-post for any modified offers, or withdraw requests. ALWAYS REPOST. NEVER EDIT OR DELETE!
You can never offer more then a 2 year minimum offer. Minimum offers can be for 1 or 2 years only!
There will always be 5 days of free agency simmed. The dates of those 5 days will be decided by me and posted after or around the draft.
Free agents will only accept your offer if you have a roster spot for him. The game will never allow you to go over 15 players, so if youre at 15 players, you will not sign anyone!
