Injuries....
CJ MIles, Speedy, Diogu, Pollard, Billups, Sheed, Farmer....
Remember not to IL guys you want for the playoffs. This must be done before the last sim. If you IL guys for the last regular season sim, they will not be available for the playoffs. Dont forget!
Eastern Conference.....
*1. NOH *2. NYK 3. MIL-1 4. CLE -1 5. TOR -4 6. CHI -6.5 7. ORL-8(-4.5 for Div lead) 8. DET -9.5 ---------------------- 9. ATL -11.5 10. IND -12.5
1st seed is still tight, with the Hornets, Bucks and Cavs all within 1 game. The team that finishes worst among these 3 drops to the 4th seed. Raps look like they wont even have home court advantage to defend their crown. Pistons look safe in 8th place, and could overtake the Magic for 7th.
Western Conference...
1.*MIN 2.*GST -0.0 3.SA -6.0 4.UT -7.0 5.HOU -7.0 6.PHX -11.5 7.PORT-12.0 8.DEN-12.5 --------------------- 9.LAL-14.5 10.LAC-15.0 11.SEA-15.0
Minnesota and Golden State are tied for the #1 seed. Should be an exciting finish there. UTah and Houston are battling for home court advantage.
The Nuggets and Blazers look to have the playoffs in hand, althought both LA teams are just a couple games behind.

3-0 sim, beat the Pistons twice. Second year in a row I swept Detroit in the regular season.

1-1. Bad loss to the 76ers on my own floor but then blew out Orlando on their floor.
I just can't seem to get over the hump to move me into first in the East.

Hornets have my number...horrid sim 1-4 but JO is BACK...now 6 games til Paul is back and Hairston will be back by the playoffs. Have a serious hard road ahead of us with mostly division games. Hopefully the dynamic duo of Kobe and O'Neal could spark the team for some wins

4-1.. Not bad, here's what I liked...
Day 101 Young for 33 points on 13-22, 2-4 from three. Shakur 13 assists 2 TOs. Won. Day 102 Emeka 24 points, 26 boards, 10 blocks. Shakur 12 points, 11 boards, 16 assists, 3 TOs. Young 23 points. Won. Day 103 Nothing. Lost to Lumley. Almost quit the league. Well... 20 pts, 15 boards, 5 blocks from Meka. Doh! Day 104 Shakur 24 pts, 10 boards, 8 assists, 1 TO, 8-14 shooting, 2-2 from 3. 10 blocks from my 3 big men. Won. Day 105 Meka against the Bulls - 28 points, 10-12 shooting, 9 boards, 4 blocks. Hans fouled out guarding Darko in 14 mins. Won.
Emeka Player of the Week! Woot!
Darko seems good for almost 25 and 12 every game. The trick is that 2nd and 3rd scorer. Young, Meka, and Shakur seem to hold those positions mostly, with Griffith popping 20+ every once in a while.

3-0 sim...amazing...my team actually played well. Revenge game against the Knicks...handled the Rockettes and took the Jazz to distance education.
Perhaps I have found what I was looking for.

Welcome to the Reece Gaines Show! 5 games today, 5 games of double digit assists for Mr. Gaines. 17/6/13 vs. Philly 8/6/10 vs. Dallas 12/4/14 vs. San Antonio 19/1/10 vs Chicago 11/3/11 vs. Phoenix 36-37, last place in the division. That's just silly. Legit chance to have every Central team over .500 which is something I doubt has happened very often, if ever, in a sim.

went 2-2. Billups injured again... although Devendorf has had some phenomenal games.
Murphy pulling down 20 boards in a win over Pacers. 71 total boards that game, sick.

3-1 with some good wins. I think I've found the recipe for sucess next year. So long as I can hold on and get a nice player in the draft, next year might be my breakthrough year.
