I would merge the Celtics and Magic and take over the Atlantic division in the process. I'd use the Magic as a farm league team I guess you could say. That way all the sucky players get to play.

My next move would be to re name both clubs. The Celitcs would be the Celtigic and the Magic would be the Magics.

The good players like Bird, Wade, etc would be cut and picked up by the Celtigc. The Celtigic lineup would be:

Laimbeer
Boozer
Bird
Smith
Wade

With Crawford, Bibby, and AV coming off the bench.

Hey with no one wanting this club you have no choice but to hand them over to me.

Sry to dissapoint Adam, but i would love to have this team. With solid players like Bird and Wade, and some good role and bench players like Varejao, Hansbrough, and Hughes this could be a team to be reckoned with. Hey maybe after a couple moves this team could seriously challenge for the title. I'd love a chance to see what this team and what i can do, and i want to manage the Orlando Magic

Hi Mike,

Give us more. This looks like you spent 5 minutes on this at best. Take a look at the main page and the DAILY activity of the commish. Take a look at the forum and the DAILY activity of the gms. Take a look at the waiting list and the extensive posts of applicants (including some of our current gms).

This league is a commitment and right off the bat you don't appear willing to make a commitment during the application process.

This league has the best of the best, so give us more to show us that you are worthy of the BBS.

From talking to Mike on AIM, I think hed be a good fit for the league, but Im not sure this post helps his case. Maybe I wasnt specific enough in what I want.

I want your insight on the team you want, talking about individual players, and why they are good or bad for this team. Who youd deal and why. And for what and why. Be descriptive. Take 15 minutes to look at the roster and give an educated description of the situation.

Gibson, Wade, Bird, Hansborough, and Perovic is already a very good lineup of relatively young players. I would continue to build around wade and bird, and possibly trade some of my other starters along with some of my depth for an upgrade or 2. I would not trade for any old players, but I would try to some young players that would fit in. I hate to make this post so short, but any team with wade and bird (let alone very solid and young role players) is pretty much set.

Wow this Magic Team looks incredible I mean Dwayne Wade and Larry the team has two quality men right there. Im also a huge fan of Hansbrough as I think he can bring alot to the defensive table and hit the boards solidly night in and out. One thing I would do on this team is try and deal for another Power Foward, someone who is very dominant and can split some time with Hansbrough. I think the Magic's PF's are very weak in depth. Also I would try to deal possibly Z (As I have high aspirations for Zoubek) and try to get a somewhat bonefied Point Guard....they dont have to be young they just need to give Augustin and Gibson a little time to mature and be more solid with the rock. This team is loaded with good young talent and has the foundations to be a powerhouse in the league.



Key Needs
-More Depth at PF
-A Good Point Guard who is a good leader and can help Augustin and Gibson shape up there games to maximum potential



In a few years this could be one of the best teams in the league it just needs the right personel to help Wade and Bird take them to that championship.


I dont agree in trading Wade and Bird because I believe they are the foundation of this team and like any foundation taken away the buliding crumbles.

The prodigal son returns? I spoke to Chris at length today. We need to continue to keep our original members as best as possible in my mind. I certainly will go to bat for him.

I'm not sure anyone ever deserves another chance at anything but it would be nice to bring in GM's that "know what they are doing". Chances are Chris will be able to manage a team without fucking it up since he's been around the bend. With that said, Orlando is a sick team so it would be really easy for any GM to take over, sit back and become very uninvolved. So make sure that whoever gets the team does so with the understanding that they need to maintain some level of activity.
