Good young squad. If you know someone who is interested, or youre in a sim with a good Gm who wants in a retro league, have them post here.

Nets GM is fighting to stay in as of now. Were gonna see how active he is before replacing him, but potential Gms should still post here just in case it doesnt work out.

I'd like to know more about your plan. Take a look at the Team Overview section of the forum, perhaps you could give us something like that built for the Nets. The plan below is extremely brief, so I'd like to see the thought process... Guys, this is from the waiting list section as well, so Qrich seems to have put some time into his application. Anyone else have questions for these applicants?

I would totally dig the nets as I think they got alot of promise as a team and could defintley be a force to reckon with if the proper moves are taken. Lets evaluate what I see what this team.
The nets are a very young team and have no senior leadership on the court. I would like to pick up someone who has a couple years left in the league to help guide this team so it can live up to its maximum potential as not one player is over 30 years old. I have two young very promising Shooting Guards in Webster in Webster and Griffith but I feel like in order to help out this team im gonna have to dish one of them off and get a big man as Im lacking some serious skill in the paint. I think Erden can be huge down low but I think using him is a Risk/Reward type of situation but being new to the league I would rather have a bonafied big man who i know is gonna put up great stats night in and night out then someone who I think will be a star down the road. Im loving my young 20 year old Point Guard Bayless I love the potential this kid has and eventhough I wont initally start him I think hes gonna overtake Brown at the 1 by the end of this season. Sweetney and Taft are two sold Power Fowards and are the elder bunch on the team Im liking both of them right now alot not only as leaders on the court but off the court as well. Huge fan of Marv at the 3 too. I see we have alot of depth at the 1 and 2 and I think those arent positions we need depth at I would like to get rid of a couple young guards and get some more talented depth at the 3 and 4 and at the 5 if possible.
Overall I love this NJ Nets team they are young and inexpeirence but if the right personal was added they could do bundles of damage.
Also this year I hope they do Mark Kelley Bobblehead Night at the Contential Airlines Arena

Warriors fan doesn't hurt either... ;D

Oh, and don't hold Aaron's lack of GM skills against Pig. I thought Aaron had potential, but he doesn't. That was my mistake, I'll take the blame for that.
