Post here if youre interested. Please include not only your qualifications, but what you would do with the squad if you had them.

Name: GP
E-mail: gp33grimes@yahoo.com AIM: gp21grimes
Experience: 5 years, Leagues TBA, HOOPSCITY, Hardcore Ballaz etc
Team: Memphis Grizzlies
Rebuilding Strategy: Build the team around the floor general Chris Paul. Center position seems to be locked for Tyson Chandler. The team has some nice young players, but needs to improve its defense as it allowed almost 100 points a game last season. Also, an improvement is needed at the 3 and 4 spot as far as scoring. These goals should be accomplished through the draft or free agency. Finally, if ownership takes the Grizzlies franchise over it would put three players on block including PG Jason Williams because his skills are diminishing and Paul has a better future, Aaron McKie because his salary is greater than his ratings, and Joe Smith because of his age and his expiring contract. These changes should put the team in position for success in future seasons.

I'm interested in being the GM. I would combine the Boston Celtics and Memphis Grizzles and take over the BBS. I would take over the BBS by keeping the Celtics as my lotto team getting a high draft pick every year and trading that draft pick to the Grizzles for scraps and take over the Western Confrence and eventually the whole league in the process. Pretty cleaver, I know. ;D And if you don't think so you are just jealous that I thought of this before you did. Of course i'm just kidding BTW.
