Then

Knicks trade Amare, Cabarkapa, Prince for Carter Peterson

So the end deal is:

Knicks get:
Worthy, Knicks '12 1st

Blazers get:
Young, Jazz '13 1st, Mem '14 1st



Blazers add some real offensive firepower in Young and get a likely lottery pick in perhaps the most anticipated draft in BBS history, while I get more control over my future with my pick, and get a comparable talent (to Young) in Worthy. I'm not the happiest with the deal cuz Young is one of the most efficient players around, but it was definately a necessary move.

I accept. This deal hopefully give me that boost that I have been looking for. Loosing Worthy is hard, but Young is a much better scorer and a nice addition that should go well with the newly acquired amare as well. The picks bring some hope, maybe I will have a chance in next years draft at a lotto pick.. You never know.
