Bulls Trade: Jamaal Tinsley Jonathan Bender
Kings Trade: Jason Williams
Bulls agree.
After seeing that Tinsley had a dissapointed TC, I decided to trade for a better point guard like Jason Williams, who can score better inside and outside. His handles and defense are still nice as well.
After the deal, Kings cut Bender and Bulls sign him back.
Nice dealing David.

Is there anyway for someone else to sign Bender, Spencer?

As of now, it is first come first serve for adds. So essentially because the only 2 that knew of the Bender cut initially were CC and Dave. CC was the first to claim him, based on his trade post. This is how its worked from the inception of the league.
