I cut Williams and Smith before the first deal. After the 2nd deal, I cut McDyess and Henderson to make the deal work. I hate trading my francise player in JRich, but this deal works for both of us as he makes a push for the championship and I build an even better foundation to rebuild on.

Seattle accepts....hate to deal all the picks but with my aging team I gotta go for it now....picks can go in either of those deals, I also pick Dice back up after he's cut.

Without the picks I was gonna rip this deal apart. With the picks I think its passable. I still dont quite understand why trading a good young player is necessary in rebuilding.
