Although I just realized this prob wont work due to salary restrictions...so, if possible just sign a FA to a 1 year contract large enough to cover costs.
Otherwise some cap creativity will have to be used.

K. I already cut Bell so I have the roster space.
Boykins, Gaines, Ward, George...really doesn't matter who is signed...they'll be cut anyways.
