Upon talking to Spencer i have modified this deal.

morrison, ike diogu, kenny thomas, Chris Mihm,,2 first available Utah 1st round picks. 2007 Knicks 2nd, 2008 Warriors 2nd, 2009 Nets and Jazz 2nds..
memphis trades
