Pacers get - SF Rudy Gay and C Jamaal Magloire

Bulls get - C Eddy Curry and C Kendrick Perkins

We hate seeing Curry go but we feel it was justified with the acquistions of Gay, who is only 19 and could turn into a special player. Magloire isn't a bad player either, not as good as Curry, but does not suck by any means. He's a top 10 center.

I can now have Gay at SF and Sean Banks at SG for years to come.

I did this deal because I wanted a better/young scoring Center and Curry fits in that category very well. I also had no need in Rudy Gay because I wanted Joe Johnson to play more at the 3 as well as the 2. I also get a decent backup Center in Perkins who is putting up 10 and 7. Basically I did this deal because Curry is a young Center who is averaging 19 and 10 and will add more scoring punch to my team this year and in the future as well.
