Franchise Player - Chris Bosh
Chris Bosh has been a top five player since his arrival in Seattle. Bosh is the main reason for Seattle bringing a championship to the city. His versatility is a huge asset. He can score 25+ from the 3, 4 or 5.
Team Strengths
Starting lineup, scoring.
The Sonics starting lineup consists of five studs and each plays his role. Iggy, Bosh and Caracter are all capapbe of 20 ppg while Nene and MRR give do all the small things.
Despite playing a slow brand of basketball, the team has three potential 20 ppg scorers. MRR can put up 12-15 a game while Rip is 10-15 off the bench.
Weatknesses
Depth
If one of the starters goes down, the lineup will become much weaker. This team is a lot like the real Detroit Pistons; great starting five, decent bench.
Outlook
Despite winning a championship in the past year, I don't see it happening two years in a row. I'm hoping to cruise through the regular season, grab a 3-5 seed and try and make a run for another title.
