Franchise-Larry Bird
Elite player. Probably a top 5 talent that should only get better. Hoping for 25 8 and 5 this year from Larry Legend. Wade might be the franchise guy on another team, but not here in Orlando. Same with KG.
Team Strengths-Scoring, Star Power
With Bird, Wade and Garnett this team can score with anyone. 3 legit #1 options make it hard to shut this team down. Also, with 3 stars of this caliber any of them can just carry the team for stretches, which is always a plus.
Team Weaknessess-Defense, lack of depth
Looking to upgrade defense at C and on the wings. Team had very little depth last year, and that proved to be fatal in the playoffs.
Outlook-I think we will battle the Knicks for the division title, and the 2nd seed in the playoffs. 50 wins is a must.

Franchise-Larry Bird
One of the top 10 players in the league. Will be intersting to see how he does at a new position this year(PF).
Team Strengths-Scoring, Perimeter Defense
Bird, Moncrief and Lever can score between 60-80 a night. rare for a team to have 3 such prolific scores. The perimeter defense with Moncrief and Lever is top notch. Both should fight for a spot on the All-Defensive squad.
Team Weaknessess-Lack of depth, rebounding
Depth is not a strength. Joel Pryzbilla is a solid backup C, and Chauncey Billups should do okay as a backup guard, but both forward spots are weak off the bench. With the loss of Kevin Garnett rebounding could be a problem. Moncrief should match KGs offensive output, but no one can replace KGs 14 boards a game.
Outlook-Win the Atlantic
The team looks different, and probably wont win 50 games this year, but a division title is still within reach.
