He has the worst shooting mechanics ever... you modeled your "game" around the wrong person.

His mechanics are not good but thats not what makes a great shooter. Confidence plays a big part.
Also, what people don't realize outside of Indiana is all the work he does in the community, goes unoticed.
Also, Reggie works harder than anyone, and I mean everyday. He is the first one there and the last one to leave. He is a leader too.
