I've had terrible luck with the sim both intentionally and unintentionally.
Intentionally: Trading away stars like Duncan, Marbury, Garnett, etc etc etc
Trading away young talent like Gerald Green, Brandan Wright, Jerryd Bayless(although I got him back)
That's one thing though that I'm good at, drafting talent... I don't think I've made one bad draft choice in recent memory. All my players have panned out, and panned out incredibly well. Look at Sleep Floyd this season
Unintentionally: NEVER and I mean NEVER being able to sign a FA I want EXTREMELY bad. NEVER and I mean NEVER landing where I'm supposed to in the lottery.
NEVER and I mean NEVER making it to the Western Conference Finals no matter how good i am, what seed i am, or how terrible the team I playing against is.

LOL mark my own was terrible exact same record as of Nets who Brian won the lotto with plus normally the top picks dont end up 1st its been the later ones.
