If you have Bird rights, you can MAX the player.
This is still in line with NBA rules. Its a small modification of the game we use to sim the BBS. In FBB, there are no inseason extensions, only last chance extensions. Because the in season extension process we had before was taking too much time, I edited the rule so that only 1 in season offer can be made, And that 1 offer is only a full MAX offer.
