Ive decided to make 1 probable 2nd rounder with significantly better hidden potential. Because the 2nd rounders are so bad of late, Ive decided this will be a reward for any team willing to try and find the "hidden" talent.

Essentially. All the players from about mid rd 1 down will have C potential. One player will show as a C potential, but in reality will have an A potential.
