If youre losing, or playing below what you think you should, a lineup change should be the first thing you do. If you think you have talent, and you run the same DC out there every sim, and lose, it just doesnt make sense.
I started playing in the NBN, and the team was about 15 games under 500(roster link below). Since I started im 17-8. Now Im not sure what the previous Gm is doin, but I decided to go to a fast outside team, and they have responded. There are so many DC and defense scenarios, if you stick with one it just shows you dont know the game that well. Try new things, dont be stubborn.
