Not sure if this has been brought up but I believe the new CBA will allow teams to sign 2nd rounders for more than 2 years now depending on whether or not the team has the cap room for it(i think LLE and MLE space can be used for this purpose too). So, perhaps we should think about allowing teams to sign 2nd rounders for longer than two seasons from now on.
