Because Bird years have been erased, some legitimate offers will not be allowed by the game. In those cases the committee will decide where those players will sign.

Day 1 is done.
We have a couple players whose offers were based on last years contracts. But guess what? I dont have access to last years contracts. There was this whole thing with the league file being screwed up, and now that info is lost. So if youre gonna base a Bird rights offer on a previous contract, youre gonn ahave t give me the contract value.
