Until Fast Break Basketball has a in game system for in-season extensions, all extensions will have to be ok'd by the BBS committee. You have 5 offers per year under the BBS system, and all members of the committee need to accept an offer for it to be processed. Of the 5 offers, only 1 can be a MAX offer. Once you have used all 5 of your offers, you may not offer again. Offers can only be made after the All-Star break, and must be put in before the end of the regular season. The committee will act as agents for the player, and will confirm or decline the GM's offer based on what we feel his marketability is.
In review....
5 offers
1 of the 5 can be a MAX
No rollovers!!
Offers can be made after the All Star break, and before the regular season ends.
