Parity

As everyone is well aware the BBS is at a level of parity that we havent seen since the initial creation draft. I like the parity as a Commish because it gives everyone hope. Each GM feels like their chances are better. All good for the league. But now that we've reached a certain amount of eveness, its important to realize how important it is. Value not only making your team better, but realizing you as an individual GM has control over how good another team gets. The Bulls got so good because people continued to trade them All-Stars. Just be cautious and look beyond your own needs in making trades.

This past draft was huge, a lot of guys from it are already reasonably solid players. Given time they'll all have potential to be all stars. That goes for both 1st and 2nd rounders...keep that in mind before trading a couple of them for an aging "star" with a huge tail end contract.
