2007 Free Agency has Begun
GMs are now welcome to begin making offers to free agents. The first sim of free agency will not take place until after the draft is complete, but GMs can post offers now.
We will send an e-mail with FA sim deadlines AFTER THE DRAFT IS COMPLETE.

PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:
- ONE THREAD PER PLAYER - Take the time to check to see if an offer has been made to each player. Offers in duplicate threads will be invalid and simply deleted.
- DO NOT EDIT OR MODIFY OFFERS - Spencer will only input the offers into the computer based on new offers. Editing/Modifying an offer will not trigger a change from Spencer. Edited/Modified offers will be ignored/considered invalid/or will be deleted.
- THE COMPUTER DETERMINES FA SIGNINGS
