Ideas to get good GMs in this sim

Ok, I am now getting a little frustrated with most of the new GMs being welll....dumb. Not all but it seems most have been as of late. I think we all should help Spencer find some suitable GMs from now on. Since he has had to replace GMs like crazy as of late, which is pretty sad.

If anyone has any suggestions that could help post them here. I don't know how Spencer finds GMs so he probably knows about most of the ideas.

I would suggest looking on basketball message boards. I think that if you go the trade ideas board most of the people who post ideas consistantly and post good ones would make good GMs. Or just anyone who posts and has something worth reading.

Anyone got any other suggestions?

Id much rather get a basketball message poster then a sim GM guy. In my experience message board guys that are active in that, love the idea of a sim league, but havent been introduced to sims yet. There are a milion sim leagues, I usually look for GMs in those leagues. Right now Im just kinda frustrated. There are a couple guys that would take Memphis today, but Id rather wait for someone solid.

Any help you guys could give would be great.
