Peja was tired of the countless trade rumors and he thought he was heading to the swamps of jersey until the commish said no no. Since that time Peja has been on a tear. He has risen his shooting percentage from .423 to .473 over the last 5 games. He has also scored more then 20 pts in each of those games. "I am sick of people saying that I can't score the ball anymore. I could be a number 1 option on any team. I am happy to be in Detroit and I want to bring a championship here." His 22ppg over the last 5 games is hopefully only a sign to come. Peja's work load will be alot easier when the return of Manu Ginobili in five games.

Charlie Villanueva will be activated from the disabled list. Charlie has been working hard season and has gained 10lbs of muscle and grew one inch. Charlie is going to be given a shot at the backup PF position as the team is unhappy with Antonio Mcdyess' play.
